Architecture is the cornerstone of ICON design practice. We can design any type of building with an optimum spacing layout that fulfills clients` needs, with extraordinary results. We also offer structural, safety, electromechanical, and circulation study that comply with local regulations and follow them up with local authorities until obtaining building permit approvals

SUSTAINABILITY ASSESSMENT

ICON is a certified GSAS service provider -Design&Built- scheme.

We perform full sustainability assessment to any building typology We have a successful experience in obtaining GSAS certifications to so many mega project buildings with different star rating (2 , 3 , 4 & 5 stars)

SITE SUPERVISION

We assist clients in preparing construction contracts and supervises their construction works on site as per design documents, specifications and time schedule. We provide qualified construction managers and site engineers who can handle work progress, contractor clarifications, coordination between different disciplines, and safety control on site.
